Color Schemes I’m Loving for the Fall Season

Color-Schemes-I’m-Loving-for-the-Fall-Season

It’s hard to believe fall is around the corner, but I’m excited for what this season brings! Cooking family recipes, baking with Hazel, and having friends over are a few things I love about fall. It’s also a time to reevaluate your space and ask yourself, “does this still build my happy?” Just like there’s spring cleaning, I tend to do a fall cleaning spree before the holidays arrive. I like to swap out a few decor pieces that lean towards fall colors and vibes, and maybe invest in a bigger furniture item if it’s time for a new couch or coffee table.

I hope you’re inspired to make a few small updates to your home this season and embrace all things fall. Read on for a few of my favorite fall color schemes. How do you welcome in the fall season at home?

Cremes + Neutrals

Shop: Almay Pillow paired with Sundown Sofa

It’s timeless, it’s effortless, it works for a number of different design styles—there’s no going wrong with neutrals this fall. Especially in a living room, I love a light-colored sofa with a few warm-toned pillows. This look works for fall—but it also works all year long, which is the best part.

Sage + a Pop of Color

Shop: Hudson Sofa paired with Silverspur Pillow

Get cozy in style this fall with our Hudson Sofa. Used in Hazel's Cozy Cabin, this couch epitomizes the autumn season. I especially love pairing this sage green color with a bright pop of color like a golden yellow.

Browns + Greens

Shop: Freeport Ottoman paired with Dartmoor Chair

Whether it’s through furniture or through small decor pieces throughout your home, incorporate different shades of browns and greens to welcome fall. Pictured here, I love the low-slung back detail and the soft olive green upholstery velvet of our Dartmoor Armchair paired with our best-selling Freeport Ottoman. Add in a few faux plants to complete the look.
