Jasmine Roth Style Guide: Storage Solutions

Functional, chic storage solutions help make each of our homes organized and liveable. Big or small, without them, our homes are a bit chaotic. With the right storage solutions and a little creativity, you can turn your home into a well-oiled machine of tidiness and functionality. From kitchen drawer organizers to large woven rattan baskets, The Shop by Jasmine Roth is chock-full of storage solutions. Dedicate some time to organize those drawers, closets, and corners of your home—in the end, it’ll only make life a little easier! Read on for my guide on all things storage and organization.

1. Kitchen Drawer Organization

Get rid of those messy cardboard boxes and floating plastic baggies and instead use the Scout Storage Bag Organizer. You asked, we listened! This was seen in “HELP! I Wrecked My House” Season 3, Episode 4, and after many messages asking if we sell the product, my team and I decided it was necessary to add to the shop. I love that it stores gallon, quart, sandwich, and snack Ziplock plastics with ease.

And you can’t get the Scout Drawer Organizer without the bamboo 3-in-1 kitchen wrap organizer. With slide cutting blades, it makes it so easy to tear off the perfect amount of wax paper, foil, or plastic wrap each use. This is a tidy and neat solution, and you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it!

2. Trays

I love incorporating trays into a home, because they are a multifunctional home item. They keep intended items all in one place while acting as a stylish decor item. Whether used on a coffee table, nightstand, or bar area, consider using a wicker tray to use for candles, coasters, coffee table books, and more.

3. Baskets

Rattan and woven baskets are a versatile and stylish storage solution that can add a touch of natural warmth to any home. Baskets come in a range of sizes and shapes, so they can be used to store plenty of different items. I love having a basket in every room for things like throw blankets, Hazel’s toys, extra linens, books and magazines, and even to use as a laundry basket. The natural texture and neutral color of rattan and woven baskets can complement any decor style, whether you prefer a bohemian or modern look. One of my favorite, more unique ways to use baskets is by putting a potted plant inside.

4. Kitchen Storage

Is it just me or is it so hard to keep the refrigerator organized?! Luckily, ever since implementing these storage baskets, it’s kept things looking pretty and organized. Store things like eggs, fruit, and veggies in these pastel Harwich Refrigerator Storage Baskets.

One of my favorite ways to store loaves of bread, fruit, kitchen towels, and other kitchen essentials is with the Lampson Tiered Hanging Basket. It’s a three-tier, artisan-crafted basket ideal for storage you want to show off! Plus, it doesn’t have to be used in the kitchen. This hanging basket also looks beautiful in a nursery, bathroom, or bedroom.

Ceramic baskets are a chic option for holding whole fruit, bread or rolls, or for keeping small kitchen items in order. I love that these baskets exude a modern appeal, and make for an elevated addition to your kitchen. Whether you're looking to impress your tablescape or simply seeking to elevate your everyday life, these baskets serve as a perfect gift for your favorite hostess or a delightful addition to your own kitchen.

5. Furniture

Cabinets, shelves, and trunks are all great storage solutions for those larger items. Whether you need extra space for clothes, books, toiletries, or bedding, I love utilizing furniture items to neatly tuck things away. You can invest in a new piece for your home, or clear out a cabinet or trunk that hasn’t been touched in years. Some of my favorites from the shop include the Brentwell Cabinet, Flagstone Storage Trunk, and the Woodlands Hutch.

I hope these storage solutions help you with some spring cleaning and home organization inspo. It’s always nice to enjoy a fresh, clean space—something that definitely builds my happy.
